V\u0161e jsem si doplnila o videa z\u00a0m\u00edsta a report\u00e1\u017ee z YouTube. Kn\u00ed\u017eku Chaos Totalos, kter\u00e1 mi byla doporu\u010dov\u00e1na, se mi nepovedlo sehnat. Pokud se to povede v\u00e1m, dejte mi v\u011bd\u011bt!<\/p><p>Historick\u00fd popis Rom\u016f mi p\u0159i \u010dten\u00ed za\u010dal b\u00fdt sympatick\u00fd. Ve 14. stolet\u00ed po Evrop\u011b ko\u010dovala z\u00a0m\u00edsta na m\u00edsto velk\u00e1 spole\u010denstv\u00ed lid\u00ed. Tito lid\u00e9 m\u011bli vlastn\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupy, m\u011bli sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed jazyk, byli p\u0159irozen\u011b temperamentn\u00ed a tak\u00e9 neochotn\u00ed pod\u0159izovat se tlaku v\u011bt\u0161inov\u00e9ho obyvatelstva. S\u00a0trochou nads\u00e1zky bych se neb\u00e1la sebe samotnou zp\u016fsobem \u017eivota ozna\u010dit za b\u00edlou Romku jednadvac\u00e1t\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed.<\/p><p>V\u011bt\u0161inov\u00e9mu obyvatelstvu se to v\u0161ak nel\u00edbilo a to, co n\u00e1sledovalo dal\u0161\u00ed stalet\u00ed, nen\u00ed nic p\u011bkn\u00e9ho. Jela bych te\u010f do osad?<\/p><p>Dramatick\u00e1 videa z\u00a0osad, kter\u00e1 ukazuj\u00ed mrtv\u00e1 zv\u00ed\u0159ata, extr\u00e9mn\u00ed nepo\u0159\u00e1dek, drogy a vyhrocen\u00e9 situace komentovat nebudu. Jeliko\u017e se orientuji ve sv\u011bte PR a marketingu, v\u00edm, \u017ee senzace nejv\u00edce prod\u00e1vaj\u00ed a ob\u010das je to bohu\u017eel to, co chceme konzumovat i my sami. Opadla pon\u00e1vratov\u00e1 euforie a \u010dlov\u011bk vid\u00ed situaci podstatn\u011b jasn\u011bji.<\/span><\/p><p>P\u0159\u00edjezd na Slovensko zapo\u010dal ve m\u011bst\u011b Pre\u0161ov. M\u011bsto m\u011b v\u00a0prvn\u00ed moment nikterak neokouzlilo. Kv\u016fli st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm COVID restrikc\u00edm p\u016fsobilo smutn\u011b. Okolo 20. hodiny jsme se rozhodli zaj\u00edt do m\u011bsta na \u0161kopek piva. Na\u0161e ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 bylo v\u00a0hotelu \u0160ari\u0161 (1 hv\u011bzda na Google hodnocen\u00ed), jasn\u011b p\u0159edur\u010dilo nutnost co nejrychleji vypadnout a psychicky se p\u0159ipravit na noc v\u00a0tomhle stra\u0161ideln\u00e9m hotelu. Ve m\u011bst\u011b jsme potkali opilou ml\u00e1de\u017e, ale i ta po chv\u00edli utichla. \u010clov\u011bk by se v\u00a0tento moment mohl uch\u00fdlit do chv\u00edle melancholie a pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed ticha velkom\u011bsta, ale my\u0161lenky na hotel \u0160ari\u0161 n\u00e1m nedaly pokoj, po\u0159\u00eddili jsme dv\u011b piva a \u0161li se odklidit.<\/p><p>Pre\u0161ov v\u0161ak hned vz\u00e1p\u011bt\u00ed uk\u00e1zal svoji druhou skv\u011blou str\u00e1nku. Dostali jsme pozv\u00e1n\u00ed od Juraje a Tamary K\u00fdrov\u00fdch na rann\u00ed gul\u00e1\u0161! Juraj a Tamara jsou Romov\u00e9 \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed v \u010d\u00e1sti Pre\u0161ova s n\u00e1zvem Solivar. Jestli n\u011bkdy budete v\u00a0Pre\u0161ov\u011b a nebudete se c\u00edtit dob\u0159e, je\u010fte pros\u00edm do \u010dtvrti Solivar. Jsou to d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9, provizorn\u011b sbit\u00e9 chatr\u010de. Nen\u00ed zde chodn\u00edk ani cesta, pouze udusan\u00e1 hl\u00edna. Postupn\u011b se k\u00a0n\u00e1m a k dod\u00e1vce s\u00a0v\u011bcmi nahrne v\u011bt\u0161ina obyvatel osady. Doch\u00e1zelo k\u00a0letm\u00e9mu sezn\u00e1men\u00ed a pozdrav\u016fm. Velmi mile n\u00e1s v\u00edtaly m\u00edstn\u00ed d\u011bti, kter\u00e9 ze za\u010d\u00e1tku m\u011bly men\u0161\u00ed ostych, ten v\u0161ak brzy ode\u0161el.<\/p><p>V\u011bci ze sb\u00edrky naplnily celou dod\u00e1vku. Sb\u00edrka obsahovala oble\u010den\u00ed, hygienick\u00e9 pot\u0159eby, hra\u010dky pro d\u011bti a j\u00eddlo. P\u0159i p\u0159\u00edjezdu na m\u00edsto n\u00e1s v\u00edt\u00e1 Vajda. Vajda je nepsan\u00fd \u0161\u00e9f osady, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 na starosti po\u0159\u00e1dek a klid. Jeho dal\u0161\u00ed pravomoce mi v\u0161ak v\u00edce zn\u00e1m\u00e9 nejsou.<\/p><p>Rozd\u011blen\u00ed sb\u00edrky se v\u011bnoval Vajda a na\u0161e mu\u017esk\u00e1 pos\u00e1dka skupiny. Spole\u010dn\u011b s\u00a0Janou jsme se vydaly poznat okol\u00ed, sezn\u00e1mit se s\u00a0m\u00edstn\u00edmi a z\u00edskat zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 informace o \u017eivot\u011b N\u011bkdo je zast\u00e1ncem toho, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o syst\u00e9movou chybu a neschopnost integrace romsk\u00e9 skupiny do v\u011bt\u0161inov\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti. Jin\u00ed jsou p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deni o neschopnosti p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed ze strany Rom\u016f a situaci vn\u00edmaj\u00ed jako jejich vlastn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnost a dobrovoln\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed \u017e\u00edt t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem. Diskriminaci odm\u00edtaj\u00ed. \u00a0<\/p><p>Slovensko do roku 2020 \u010derpalo z\u00a0Evropsk\u00e9 unie osm miliard korun na romsk\u00e9 programy. Kde a jak tyto pen\u00edze skon\u010dily a jak\u00e9 jsou v\u00fdsledky program\u016f? Tak tyhle informace nedohled\u00e1te. Situace v\u00a0romsk\u00fdch osad\u00e1ch se nem\u011bn\u00ed, pen\u00edze v\u0161ak \u010derp\u00e1ny jsou.<\/p><p>Kde kon\u010d\u00ed? Nech\u0165 zn\u00ed tato \u0159e\u010dnick\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka.<\/p><p>Slovensk\u00e1 policie vy\u0161et\u0159ovala n\u011bkolik p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edch t\u0159\u00eddenn\u00edch \u0161kolic\u00edch program\u016f, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0161kolen\u00ed, kde se nau\u010d\u00edte sekat tr\u00e1vu nebo pe\u010dovat o hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 zv\u00ed\u0159ata. Za tyto programy byly \u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1ny pen\u00edze v\u00a0\u0159\u00e1du milion\u016f.<\/p><p>\u201eI hasi\u010dsk\u00e9 zbrojnice jsou v n\u011bkter\u00fdch obc\u00edch vykazovan\u00e9 jako romsk\u00fd projekt. Sta\u010dilo starostovi zakrou\u017ekovat, \u017ee m\u00e1 Romy v obci, a automaticky se ty pen\u00edze vykazovaly jako romsk\u00e9,\u201c vysv\u011btluje postupy zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed fond\u016f Peter Poll\u00e1k, zplnomocn\u011bnec slovensk\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy pro romsk\u00e9 komunity.<\/p><p>V\u00a0Evropsk\u00e9 unii \u017eije zhruba 500 milion\u016f obyvatel, z\u00a0toho 10 a\u017e 12 milion\u016f Rom\u016f. Evropsk\u00e1 unie pokl\u00e1d\u00e1 za ekonomickou, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed a zejm\u00e9na i mor\u00e1ln\u00ed nutnost Romy za\u010dlenit. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed popula\u010dn\u00ed pod\u00edl je v\u00a0Bulharsku a na Slovensku, kde tvo\u0159\u00ed Romov\u00e9 skoro 10\u00a0% populace.<\/p><p>T\u00e9ma si zaslou\u017e\u00ed \u0159\u00e1dnou d\u00e1vku pozornosti, a to zejm\u00e9na kv\u016fli v\u0161udyp\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fdm d\u011btem, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed hlavn\u00ed skupinu obyvatel romsk\u00fdch osad na Slovensku.
