Na\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem je dostat jej v\u00edce do pov\u011bdom\u00ed spole\u010dnosti a pomoci dosp\u011bl\u00fdm a d\u011btem, kte\u0159\u00ed t\u00edmto onemocn\u011bn\u00edm trp\u00ed.<\/p><p>N\u00e1\u0161 dne\u0161n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek bude nevesel\u00fd a trochu del\u0161\u00ed, ale o to v\u00edce dok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eit z\u00e1va\u017enost cel\u00e9ho t\u00e9matu.<br \/>P\u00e1r z\u00e1kladn\u00edch fakt\u016f pro za\u010d\u00e1tek.<\/p><p>V minul\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku jsme si pov\u011bd\u011bli, \u017ee existuj\u00ed \u010dty\u0159i typy SMA &#8211; 3 d\u011btsk\u00e9, rozd\u011blen\u00e9 na st\u00e1dia I., II. a III. dle z\u00e1va\u017enosti, kdy prvn\u00ed st\u00e1dium znamen\u00e1 nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed posti\u017een\u00ed, a d\u00e1le typ adultn\u00ed (dosp\u011bl\u00e1ck\u00e9) formy. A\u010dkoliv je onemocn\u011bn\u00ed velmi vz\u00e1cn\u00e9, je tak\u00e9 velmi fat\u00e1ln\u00ed a jedn\u00e1 se bohu\u017eel o nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu d\u011btsk\u00e9ho \u00famrt\u00ed v \u010cR.<br \/>V \u010cesk\u00e9 republice se s t\u00edmto onemocn\u011bn\u00edm l\u00e9\u010d\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 180 d\u011bt\u00ed a dosp\u011bl\u00fdch.<\/p><p>Manifestem onemocn\u011bn\u00ed je postupn\u00e9 ochabov\u00e1n\u00ed sval\u016f cel\u00e9ho t\u011bla v\u010detn\u011b sval\u016f d\u00fdchac\u00edch, a neschopnost d\u00fdchat je tak nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm d\u016fvodem \u00famrt\u00ed.
